SCACLI have developed it’s own software allowing the management of P.O’s from multiple sources allowing EPC’s, engineering, planning management… to track orders from various origins facilitating communications amongst all participants. One of the great benefit of this tool is to assist streamlining schedule and construction planning.

It is the first heavy oil project in Kuwait and the biggest upstream project in the Middle East.

Project value $7bn is being developed in phases with the first phase expected to start in 2020 with a production rate of 60,000 baril of oil per day.

The contractors are expected to develop additional infrastructure that could double the field’s output by 2025.
