1. Personal data collected by Oog Network

Personal data is any information about you by which you can be identified.

This can include information such as:

a) Identity (title, surname, first name)

b) Address and contact details (email address, postal address, mobile no.,

etc.)

c) Education and career (qualifications, jobs, etc.)

d) Financial details (payment methods, bank account, etc.)

e) Electronic identification data (customer identification no., IP address,

location data, MAC address, etc.)

f) Time and location information (monitoring of activities, cookies, logs,

geolocation, etc.)

The personal data we may collect comes from 3 different sources:

2. Use of data

Your personal data is used by OOG for the purpose of managing and delivering

the services provided to you and without which OOG would be unable to

provide or render these services.

This use covers, firstly, the management of offers, the monitoring of services

and, more generally, our entire business relationship (subscription to the

OOG’s newsletter or communication materials; visits to our channels; request

for quotes; subscriptions; surveys; information and marketing communications

through all the means of communication you have provided for this use; and

your contributions and posts on the OOG’s accounts, social media or

mentioning hashtags, brands, events, places, offers, services, products, etc.

(including through third parties).

This data will be stored for as long as is necessary for these purposes and for a

maximum of twenty-six months from the date of the end of the business

relationship with regard to direct marketing. OOG may also use your data to

meet its legal requirements (in particular the fight against fraud and money

laundering) and/or in response to requests from public and governmental

authorities.

The Internet Websites may use so-called social plug-ins. Social plug-ins are

special tools that allow incorporating social network features directly into the

Internet Website (e.g., Facebook’s and Instagram’s “Like” feature; Linkedin’s

“Recommend” feature; Twitter’s “Re-tweet feature).

All social plug-ins on this Internet Websites are marked with their respective

logo, which is the property of the social network platform.

When you visit a page on this Websites and interact with the plug-in (e.g., by

clicking on the “Like” button; “Recommend” button or “Re-tweet” fuction) or

decide to leave a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from

the browser directly to the social network platform (Facebook; Instagram,

Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube) and stored there.

4. Connection to and from third-party sites

We use technologies on our Website which allow us and Third Party Providers

to offer you a more personalized and engaged web experience, e.g. by offering

you advertisements on your social media channels that are more relevant to

you or by allowing you to share your experiences on our Website via social

media. You can connect to other third-party websites from the Internet

In this regard, OOG Network can not be held liable for the possible

management of personal data by third-party websites and for the management

of login credentials provided by third parties.

This site uses the mapping service Google Maps.

online offers and an easy findability of the places we have indicated on the

website. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Par.

1 Let. f) GDPR.

6. Newsletter

If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you

the newsletter. You may unsubscribe from it at any time by clicking on the link

on the bottom of the email or by contacting info@oognetwork.com. Your

personal data will not be passed on to third parties or used in any other

manner. Data processing shall take place solely based on the consent granted

by you. The legal basis shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. a GDPR.

If you open the newsletter or click a link in it, this will be logged by our web

server (date, time, email address). This serves statistical purposes. These data

will not be combined into personal usage profiles. The legal basis for

processing activities for statistical evaluation shall be sect. 6 para. 1 s. 1 lit. f

GDPR. Our legitimate interest is in improving and optimising our services.

The references to commercial use shall not be affected by this.

7. Access to personal data and the rights granted to customers

You may, at any time, access your data, correct it, request for it to be deleted,

oppose its processing on legitimate grounds due to personal circumstances or

exercise your right to the portability of your data by sending an email and

proof of your identity to the address info@oognetwork.com.

However, data needed by OOG for the purpose for which it was collected, to

comply with a legal requirement and/or to assert, exercise or defend its rights

in court may not be deleted.

8. Subcontracting of personal data processing

Your personal data is processed by OOG, its subcontractors or partners for the

purpose of managing and delivering the services you have requested or

authorised. Your data may also be transferred to third-party service providers

who provide services or support and advice to OOG. On request, data may also

be transferred to persons and authorities whose right to access personal data

is recognised by the law, regulations or provisions issued by the legally

competent authorities. Subcontractors and partners of OOG may be located

outside the European Union. When a subcontractor or partner is located in a

country that has not been recognised as having an adequate level of

protection, OOG requires it to comply with its own requirements on the

security and privacy of your personal data and to process your data only for

the purposes it has identified. These subcontractors and partners will have

previously signed the standard Contractual Clauses of the European

Commission.

Your personal data will be stored on our database located in European Union.

OOG implements the necessary measures to protect the personal data it

processes. Your data is processed electronically and/or manually and, in any

event, in such a way as to guarantee security, protection and privacy

appropriate to the sensitivity level, through administrative, technical and

physical measures to prevent loss, theft, or unauthorised use, disclosure or

changes. Whether it is processed by OOG or by subcontractors and partners of

OOG, the same security and privacy requirements apply to your personal data.

11. Updates to the privacy policy

This Privacy Policy is subject to change, in particular due to legislative and regulatory changes. In this case, these changes will be made available on this page.
