Accessing this website constitutes automatic and unconditional acceptance of the present terms and conditions. The OOG Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice and encourages users to refer to them regularly. The present conditions constitute all the agreements between the OOG and the user. Any amendment or supplementary content which is added to the website will be subject to the present conditions.

With the exception of the connection cost, you may access the content of this website free of charge and without first registering or subscribing. Certain areas or features of the Site and/or Digital Applications may only be open to members. Only becoming a member You will become also a “Registered User”.

The OOG Network reserves the right to modify or withdraw, either temporarily or permanently, all or part of this website at any time and without prior notice to the user. The OOG Network will not incur any liability in exercising this right.

Reproducing, copying or using the content of the website for reasons other than those mentioned above and especially amending, distributing or using the content of the website for commercial and non-commercial reasons is a violation and is criminally punishable in Monegasque courts and tribunals.

Only OOG Members or Supporters could use OOG’s brands, trademarks, logos.

OOG Network does not guarantee that the website will function properly, nor does guarantee the content of the website or the functional continuity, access or availability . OOG will not be held liable for direct or indirect commercial or non-commercial damage resulting from the use of the website including viruses which could be imported by downloads and hyperlinks.

6. Protection of personal data

OOG is responsible for ensuring that the processing of personal information transmitted by this Website complies with the legislation in force in the Principality of Monaco on the protection of personal information. No user information from the Website is published, exchanged, transferred or sold to a third party without the user’s knowledge.

OOG is very concerned with your privacy and scrupulously complies with the protection of the personal information communicated.

In accordance with DPA, OOG agrees to keep personal information which is provided by users within the framework of their information requests to OOG or their subscriptions to “Newsletters” confidential.

The collection of personal information by OOG is strictly limited to the needs of the services offered on the Website by indicating the obligation or not to provide this information when it is entered directly by the user of the Website. This data is stored for a duration of thirty-eight months from the date of last contact with our company.

OOG agrees to respect the confidentiality of all personal information web-users may provide online. All information concerning web-users are intended exclusively for OOG.

These terms and conditions of use and the relationship between OOG and the website’s users are subject to Monegasque law and any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the courts of the Principality of Monaco.
