Don’t worry, renewing your OOG Membership is very easy and this page will outline all the steps that you will go through to sign up for or renew your OOG Membership.

OOG MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL PROCESS

Our standard membership fee is still 950,00€, no fee increases for the 2021 renewal season.

Membership is valid for twelve (12) months and is renewed annually prior to the anniversary of your join date (payment date). If you do not renew, you will lose access to your member benefits after the expiration date.

Twelve-month subscriptions are automatically renewed if you do not give written notice of termination at least ninety (90) days prior to expiration date.

For example, if you subscribed on January 5 (payment date), your subscription would then be renewed annually on January 5.

When an annual membership is due for renewal you will receive regular reminders by email commencing three (3) months prior to your expiration/renewal date and continue past your expiration date.

Please ensure your contact details including company/employer name up-to-date and current.

All membership renewals are completed online by email.

We send out invoices to members who would like to renew their memberships on OOG Network. These invoices will be delivered by email.

The renewal fee must be cleared in our account before the expiration date.

Upon receipt and processing of your wire transfer payment, a confirmation will be sent to you via email.
